AMG Built redesigned a dysfunctional living area and dated decor into a desirable beachside residence. A feature staircase with oak handrails provides a chic entrance that flows to the completely reconfigured upper level. In addition to creating a central powder room and master ensuite, we shifted the kitchen orientation to maximise functionality and point it towards views of the Pacific Ocean.
